The measurements are general taken with the garment laying flat. The chest bust is taken from the outside front and multiplied x 2 to reach to total bust chest. The measurements are to give you an idea how an item will fit. However depending on the fabrics and construction there my be some sight variation in the numbers when a garment has pleats, darts or is of a stretchy fabric or knit fabric.
The condition is very good. It is a bit wrinkle from being stored on a crowed rack. There is no stain, tears, looses thread or damage. It is a fine shirt.
