The colors are earthy and subtle. The first picture shows it more true to the real colors as well as the picture showing the whole piece the borders. The last picture and the close up of the signature have been edited to make more intense and contrasty in order to highlight thee details.
The whole piece is 7 1/2" x 11".
The painting and mat are really one piece. The paper is a sturdy thick card like paper. The rectangular area that is painted is actually painted directly on a pressed depression of the paper. I believe it is watercolor paper. I don't know what the paint medium this is. The paint strokes have a texture.
I am selling this unframed. The condition is excellent. It has been well protected in an acetate sleeve.
