  Original Watercolor  Painting Abstract Leaves with dark gray tones and black against the white paper .
   It is signed in pencil  on the bottom The name is  Piscilla  Wiler  N.W.W.S and I was told that she is  local Pacific Northwest Artist    who has been features in a few galleries in Seattle.      It is matted .   I have some other water colors by the same artist and one is signed as Burks- Wiler.  

 

  The painting is on watercolor paper and measures   12" x 11"  The mat is 16" x 18 .
