Our pair of gilt bronze sconces by Edward F. Caldwell in the Roman neoclassical style feature column shaped standards with bellflower motif, surmounted by the busts of Ceres, goddess of the harvest, wearing elaborate headdress of grains and vegetables, and each drip pan with holes to accommodate hanging of crystal pendants.  (Affordable and well-made pendants matching the scale and style can be sourced from Grand Brass Lamp Parts, grandbrass.com).

24 inches tall and 12 1/2 inches wide, with modern wiring, ready for installation.

Each in good condition, with some bends, rubbing wear and scratches to the gilt patina, and one with repairs to the branches.
