Pair of mini brass candles, these aren't marked, but they look like the type you buy in India. These are probably from the 1970's, one is crooked (original) as it is threaded into the base. I don't know if you could fix it or not. The other is great. They hold five 1/4"" or just a little bigger candles.4 3/4 x 3 3/4""
