This rare pair of vitrines in polished, lacquered brass and glass come from the lobby and gift shop of the Trump Tower in New York.  Each 70.75 by 29 by 19 in (179.5 by73.5 by 48 cm).

Believed to be two of only six ever made, they are believed to have been commissioned by Donald Trump for the opening of the retails spaces at Trump Tower in 1983.  They were deaccessioned in 2009.

Each is in good condition, with scattered scratches and nicks, rubbing wear and stains to the lacquered finishes.
