Offering this nice clean, rare small size tubing or pipe cutter. It is marked "PALMER DUPLEX ROLLER CUTTER BROOKLYN N.Y. PAT. 5-2-33 OTHER PAT. PEND." on one side of the main frame. It is 1/2" max. capacity, measures 3.75 long overall. The rollers, and cutter are in good shape, but it's a bit tricky to use, as it's a bit flexible, and hard to get it to track perfectly to stay in the grove. It is however, collectible, and considered to be rare, the only one of it's kind we have seen to date! A nice old plumbing tool!
