This is a nice clean, 10" long pair of shears with the mark "P.S. & W. SAMSON FORGED STEEL" on one side, and "MADE IN U.S.A. 51" on the other side near the pivot pin.  The pivot pin is threaded and is adjustable. They are in very nice condition, sharp cutting edges, ready to cut sheet metal. The cutting edge is about 2" long.  No rust or damage, very clean.
