Ad pictures a cartoon like boy, with pad and pencil under his arm and also shows a roll of cellophane tape. Picture is by Herbert Leupin. It reads, It's time to buy back to school supplies, Texcel cellophane tape. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/2"" wide by 14"" tall.
