This wonderful contemporary Persian axe and arm shield in the nineteenth century style feature beautiful damascened inlaid gilt decorations including matching calligraphy.  Axe measures 30 by 10 by 1 inches, and the armband measures 11.7 by 3.2 by 2.5 inches.
