This looks like a undertaker carriage with a little girl in the driver seat and a big white Horse in full gear with beaded rigging that comes down on the sides, carriage could have been a general merchadise as well as they had both styles. 3 1/2 x 5 1/2"", Shows some wear, but still nice. Proabably from the late 1800's to early 1900's
