Pietra Dura Plaque Depicting Caged Parrot

Our fine pietra dura plaque depicts a chained parrot poised to snap at a fly or bee. It is apparently unsigned and mounted in a modern frame. This appears to be a relatively modern work and is in fine condition with no damages. The frame has a few nicks and tiny losses.

Plaque measures 8 3/8 by 11 1/2 inches and the frame measures 12 by 15 1/2 inches.
