This lovely trinket box is made of ceramic or porcelain and is in the shape of a Victorian lady in a green dressitting on a white chair. The top part of her body and the first row of material of her dress come off to reveal a compartment inside to hold jewelry or trinkets. There are a couple of small chips on the side and back of the lid portion which don't detract from the beauty of this piece at all.
