Project child, this porcelain little boy is the highest quality porcelain with professional painting and detail down to the toenails. It has been broken off of a larger piece, He is in mint contdition, bu see pictures, back side is not painted and there is the little hole for a wire to attatch him to a bigger piece and on the bottom, a piece of the original procelain. He is just too nice not to get repurposed into a masterpiece.  It could be a childrens story piece from Little Jack Horner. Aprox 5 in tall x 3 inches across, great
