A beautyful handpainted plate. I believe it is porcelain or china, not ceramic. It has holes to string the wire to hang it in the mold itself. It is signed and dated by the artist who painted it. I can not really make out the name, it looks like Laid and is dated '78. It is a lovely mint green with a pretty pink cabbage rose. I have found no chips or cracks. It measures approx. 9 3/8" across.
