Potatoes In Popular Ways Potatoes In Popular Ways Home and Garden Bulletin No. 55 United States Department of Agriculture. This is a leaflet with recipes for popular potato dishes. Edited by Mary E. Kirkpatrick and Claire E. Falatko and for sale by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office issued October 1957. There is no other publishing information or date. There is 21 pages to this leaflet. The recipes are some of the more popular potato dishes of the era. There are black and white pictures to go with many of the recipes. On page 9 is a tempting dish called Potato Strips with Cheese. The front cover is somewhat worn and shows foxing. The top of the front and back cover, along with some of the pages, have very small tears from use. This cookbook has been well used and loved. We still consider it in good condition although it may have a small stain or upturned page. It measures approximately 9 1/8 x 5 3/4 inches wide.
