This is a good used 12" long adjustable wrench with good heavy duty jaws.  It is marked "12 PROTO PROFESSIONAL 712-S MFG IN U.S.A."  on the handle. There is some minor wear noted some small dings, not rusty, clean, adjusts smoothly, overall in very good usable condition, with very good jaw alignment, and darkened finish. A nice clean vintage wrench from the 1940's!

Proto Industrial was eventually sold to Stanley Tools, and throughout it's history was committed to top quality hand tools, and continues the same to this day.
