This is a very nice vintage adjustable pivot snap ring pliers in very good used condition. The tool is marked on the handle "WALDE'S TRUARC PAT. PEND. MADE IN U.S.A." and also marked near the pivot joint "385 PROTO". These pliers have the double pivot joint feature that allows a hinged pivot pin clip to be opened, and one section of the pliers to be relocated to a secondary pin location for more overall capacity. The round nose points measure .075", and the pliers are 8" long overall. We show one picture of the pivot pin in each location. The pliers are very nice, no rust, or damage, very little minor wear noted, quality made, very good quality steel!
