A lovely little purse frame made from plastic. I do believe this is bakelite. The metal hinges are in working condition. The clasp is in working condition. It measures approx. 3 3/4"X2 1/4" closed and it opens to approx. 2 3/4" wide. The fee quoted for shipping is for USA only and is for priority/NO insurance in the USA only.
