This is possibly a vintage Clever Carriage Company clutch. It is vinyl trimmed fabric. The fabric has a woven design of what looks like a puma and the word Carriage. It has a black vinyl linning and a working zipper pouch inside. The brass decorations have a worn finish. It measures approx. 10 1/2"X6 1/2". There are some missing stitches on the lower left corner.
