Antique brooch RARE VICTORIAN Ruffle Brooch turquoise Filigree Chandelier pin C clasp Glass prism drops

This brooch is like no other I have ever seen and it is just loaded with metal work. The two layered ruffle metal filigree is something you don’t; see often. The turquoise cabs accent the brooch but the cut glass prisms just make this one of the most unique brooches I have seen. This measures a whopping 3" long and other than two missing tassels on each side which you can't see unless you flip it over,it is in great condition.
