Noritake Luncheon Plates with Cups Hand Painted Windmill Design.  There are 6 plates and 3 cups all hand painted and not glazed over.  

These are all hand painted and there are some inconsitanciies in the paint.  There are also some pits in the porcelian that is not damage but it has to do with the porclain and firing.   There are some scratches in the paint here and there.  Some of the gold leaf trim is worn.     

The plates are marked in green " MADE IN JAPAN"
