Robert F. Kennedy 1968 Poster for President
Unavailable
As Senator from New York, Robert F. Kennedy, former Attorney General and brother to President John F. Kennedy himself sought the Democratic nomination for president in 1968. After President Lyndon Johnson's withdrawal from the race, RFK, as he was known, was cast as the front runner. He was assassinated during the California primary on June 6, 1968. The red and white national campaign poster shows a 3/4 profile of Robert F. Kennedy and is in good condition with the union bug and the address for the Democratic National Committee intact.
