This is a nice large silver plated meat server, or serving fork in the year 1911 Old Colony pattern. It is marked "1847 ROGERS BROS. XS TRIPLE" on the back of the handle. The triple refers to an extra amount of silver plating in process than a standard piece. It measure 8.5" long, and the fork end shape is 2.25" x 3.4", for serving most any type of solid food, meat etc.. It is in very nice shape, very few minor scratches, very nice polished finish. A very nicely made, sturdy meat fork!
