Our magnificent, large bronze casting of the Roman Goddess Fortuna After the original by Giovanni da Bologna, aka Giambologna, in French, Jean de Bologne (1529-1608), the Flemish sculptor celebrated for his sculpture in bronze and marble in the late Renaissance, Mannerist style.  35.5 by 13 by 8 inches.  This is one of the finest nineteenth century Grand Tour castings of this model we have seen in our our 20 years of business.  It is apparently unsigned and we do not know the foundry or country of origin.
