This is a wonderful Royal Winton Chintz bell in the Joyce-Lynn pattern. It has had a professional repair where the stem meets the bottom, but it is very well done. To find a bell is difficult and to find one in this pattern is even more rare. I am not sure whether or not the clacker is original. In either case, I decided it was an opportunity I would not pass
