Art Glass,  Carnival Glass Table-Top Picture Frame, Quilted Diamond Shapes Heavy glass .   It has deep groved quilted diamond shapes and made of thick heavy glass.   One 1/2 the diamong shape tops are frosted whereas the other half is smooth.  There is no label left on it so it is impossible to indentify the maker.   The color  spectrum is pink, gold and purple depending on how the light hits it.   The condition is very good.  Looks like there was a spatter of some white paint in a few very small spots on the top of the frame on the frosted glass part that did not want to come off using my fingernail.   It measures 7.5 squared.  But the center hole to accomodate the pictures is 4.25" either way.   

The picture inside is included.
