Art Glass Chimney for Oil Lamp.  AT least that is what I assume it is .   It is 6 tall,  The diameter on the top is 1.75" and at the bottom is 1 5/8" across.   It is a beautiful piece of art glass with stretched segments of colored glass, pink, green, blue and gold shimmer.    The straight part has indented thumb print dimples.  The edges on both ends are ground to a smooth flat suface.   The inside of the glass is white.  

I don't know what type of oil lamp this would belong to nor do I know which end is the top
