This is a 1966 "Girl of the Year" charm for Beta Sigma Phi sorority. Members voted for girl of the year by secret ballot. This one has a makers mark that might be Balfour, although it is not exactly like the one I am familiar with, but close. It is also marked 1/10 10KGF. It measures approx. 1 1/4"X5/8".
