Vintage Schweppes textured yellow back rubber bar pad/spill matt/ change/ pad. I am not sure which is it is but it is old and fun collectible to add to a home bar.

The condition is good but it is used. The back side has some discoloring. It could use a good cleaning between the raised nubs.
