Payment Policy

For the payments, you have two options: paying via PayPal directly here or going to our website.

Our website uses SSL encryption technology that gives you maximum security, including data protection for online banking.

Currently, you can pay by credit card or with your Paypal account on our site. We accept other means of payment on request.

Credit card payments are provided by Stripe.

Shipping Policy

The delivery of all our items is free. It is provided by the service Colissimo, you can follow all your shipments with the tracking number we give you.

The shipping time for French customers is 48 to 72h. We deliver all over the world, within 3 to 5 days for most European countries, and 6 to 11 days for the rest of the world.

We track our packages to avoid any problems, if your item has not arrived within 30 days of placing your order, you will be automatically refunded.

Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Due to the embargo, we do not ship Iranian items to the USA.

Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the condition in which you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can't get any refund or exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
