Payment Policy

Paypal payment preferred, and items will ship within 1-2 days after such payment is credited to the seller's account. 

Items paid for by cashier's check or money order will ship immediately after those draft payments clear the banking system for credit to the seller's account.

Do not send cash. 

Shipping Policy

All shipments will be insured for at least the full purchase value of the item.  

All shipments will be made using FedEx ground service unless otherwise requested by the purchaser and only if specifically agreed by the seller. 

Items will not be shipped the United States.

PROCEDURE FOR AN ITEM DAMAGED OR BROKEN DURING SHIPMENT TO THE PURCHASER

     If the item has been damaged or broken during shipment to the purchaser, the insured shipping information will be provided so that the purchaser can apply for the refund of the insured value of the purchase from FedEx (or its insurer) or from any alternative shipper's insurance, if the parties have agreed in advance to a different delivery company.

Return Policy

Any undamaged item may be returned to the seller for a refund if the purchaser follows these requirements:
1.  WIthin five (5) days after receiving the item the purchaser must notify seller by email of the intention to return the item, and must dispatch the item -- safely packaged -- back to the seller within seven (7) days after receiving the item, using FedEx Ground delivery service (or another carrier only if agreed to in advance by the seller at the request of the purchaser).  .

2.  There is no re-stocking fee charged by the seller -- but the purchaser must pay the shipping cost for return of the item to the seller and the return shipment must be insured at the purchaser's expense in an amount at least equal to the full purchase price of the item.

3.  The purchase price will be refunded by the seller promptly upon the safe return of the item to the seller.  If the returned item is delivered back to the seller in damaged or broken condition, the purchaser will cooperate with the seller in a claim against the shipping company (or its insurer) to recover the insured value of the item, and proceeds of such insurance will constitute the refund for this purchase and shall be paid promptly to the purchaser when received from the shipping carrier or its insurer.
