Payment Policy

We accept most major credit & debit cards processed through PayPal in US Dollars.  You do not need to have a Paypal account.  Please contact us for other payment options at 863-678-1641.

Shipping Policy

All shipping and handling costs will be determined at point of sale unless a "flat fee" or "free shipping" is indicated in the listing. A valid street address with zip code is required to determine shipping cost.

On items marked "Local Pick-up", we will be happy to assist you to find a shipper in our area.  We are not responsible for delivery, or any damage resulting from such.

Store Policy Note:  We reserve the right to vary shipping methods if offering free shipping on that item.  If you need a specific delivery date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Return Policy

All items sold as is, no returns. If you need more photos or have specific questions, please contact us before placing your order. Any insured packages that are damaged will need to be taken to the local post office and a claim filed by the recipient, or filed online.  According to the USPS, returning the damaged item to the shipper voids the insurance, therefore, no returns are accepted.
