Payment Policy
All payments must be made in US dollars. All sales subject to California sales tax. Payments must be received within 7 days of transaction finalization.Payments made by personal check,money order,cashiers check, must clear the bank before item(s) are shipped. This takes 7-10 business days. When Payment has cleared, the item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping Policy
Quoted at time of purchase. Items will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. All payments made by checks, money orders and cashier checks must clear first, once cleared, shipping will occur within 3 business days.
Return Policy
ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS" I will describe items as best I can. Please check photos. If Property purchased is materially different than as represted on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days if receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. Do not return the damaged item to Seller as this will void the US Postal Service's Return Policy.
