Fashionably Timeless will reserve pieces complimentary for up to 24 hours. For customers who would like to reserve one of our timeless pieces, please contact us.
Fashionably Timeless does not offer a layaway/payment plan option at this time. For customers interested in a payment plan option, Paypal currently offers a 6 month interest free financing plan. This financing plan is a great option because customers are able to take home their timeless piece as soon as they are approved, and then make payments over the course of 6 months.
To apply for the Paypal payment plan, please select "Paypal" during checkout and then select “Paypal Credit”. Paypal can also be contacted directly by calling 1-866-528-3733.
Shipping Policy
✧ Signature Confirmation & Delivery ✧
All pieces valued over $100 will be shipped with signature confirmation. Shipping notifications will be sent to the email account on file with Etsy. These notifications will also contain information for tracking the delivery of packages (when applicable). If the customer is not available on the USPS scheduled delivery date:
• The package can be picked up directly from the USPS location that is listed on the delivery notification.
• A redelivery can be scheduled by calling USPS at 800-ASK-USPS.
• A redelivery can be requested by filing out the back of the delivery notification and placing it in the mailbox with the flag up.
• A redelivery can be scheduled online at www.usps.com/redelivery
✧ Shipping Times & International Shipping Taxes and Fees ✧
The customs process can delay orders significantly. Import duties, taxes, and charges such as these are not included in the final order price at checkout. These fees are calculated once the package arrives at the destination country and can vary significantly based on many factors. Although we cannot attest to the accuracy of this site, this website link may be able to help calculate import costs:

✧ Lost Packages ✧
All packages will be shipped fully insured. Packages over $100 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. In the event of an undelivered package, please contact us right away (within 15 days). The package may have been delayed, there may have been a technical glitch with the tracking updates, or the delivery may have been attempted and the notification misplaced. It is likely that the package is at the nearest post office awaiting pickup.
Our insurance provided requires that we wait 20 days before we can file a domestic lost package claim and 40 days before we can file an international lost package claim. Additionally, we will need the customer to sign a claims statement, before an insurance claim can be completed.
✧ Damaged Packages ✧
Fashionably Timeless ships orders fully insured and packaged with extreme care. In the unfortunate event that a package arrives damaged, please contact us right away. An insurance claim can only be filed within the first 15 days after delivery. Please do not dispose of the packaging or any contents. Our insurance provider requires that we retain the damaged packaging, and the damaged contents, for insurance claim purposes. Additionally, we will need photographs of the package and damaged contents and we will also need for the customer to sign a claims statement, indicating the loss or damage, before an insurance claim can be completed. We will keep the customer informed as we work with the insurance provider on a timely claims resolution.
Return Policy
✧ Item Returns ✧
We are excited to offer free domestic return shipping. For domestic returns, please contact us with returns requests within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will provide you with shipping instructions. Return items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of the item, in the original condition as the item was received, and must include the original contents of the packaging.
