Shipping Policy

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping price is always calculated based on dimensions, weight and delivery location. Please keep in mind that shipping price listed for each item is an estimate. For some items, especially heavy and fragile items, we recommend freight service which could lead to higher shipping cost than mentioned in the listing but Freight service will ensure safe delivery of the goods without any damage.

Please keep in mind we have our customers best interests in mind and want you to succeed with our products!

This special service ensures safe delivery of the items compared to standard UPS Ground shipping, which is suitable for small items only. This is a scheduled delivery for which you have to make sure you're present to sign the delivery. Failure to do so will result in re-delivery for which UPS will charge an extra fee, and the buyer is liable to pay. Please make sure to include your contact details when you place the order for BIG items. 

This happens very rarely so you don't need to worry about it. Just remember communication is the key! :)

Return Policy

We sell one of a kind and vintage items which means each item is unique and may show signs of wear, age or individuality. We try to put as many details as possible via pictures and text but if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesistate to contact us. 

We can approve Returns only on a case by case basis, within 48 hours of receiving the item, however it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us for approval, and to pay for Return shipping. In some cases where the item was sent via Freight a restocking fee of 10% is applicable.
