Sewer tile creamer? This red material appears to be sewer tile clay, the color isn't typical, but I believe it to be. On the bottom is a incised name either John or Joan, Pitcher is crude hand made, with lots of places to see where it was done by hands.. Very heavy, & very nice primitive look. This is not new, but I don't know the age. 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" including handle. Mint condition
