Shakespeare Genuine Swimming Mouse wooden fishing lures from the 1920's. One lure is marked, the other is not. Both plugs are nearly the same design: raised eyes on the unmarked lure, eyes are inset on marked one. Mouse tails made from old braided fishing line, both look original. Marked lure is 2.75 inches long, unmarked plug measures 3 inches. Cracking paint around tail & along line hook on the Shakespeare--older looking paint on this lure. Unmarked mouse has paint chips around the tail, and a few chips near the front eyelet.
