Set of 2 nesting Asian Black  with Cinnabar Red Lacquer Ware Bowls hand painted with an abstract feather design.  They are papier mache with many layers of lacquer.  

The design also has gold and green .    Maybe feather is not the best description however I can think of a better description.     The large bowl is 5" tall and 8" across.   The smaller is 4" tall and 6" across.   They both have a foot ring and are unsigned. 

 

The condition is of both are pre-owned but excellent.
