Unusual  Unique Match Box Holder Clip Silver Plated .   Never seen one like this before.   As you can see it is an ornate open work holder of what I presume is for match boxes that is mounted on a bent metal curl that branches out with curlicues at the terminus.   On the underside there is a non hinged slider clip that is similar to a money clip.     It is unsigned/ unmarked and assumed to be silverplated.  It is a total of 3.25" tall  x 1.75"  wide and 2.5" deep.  I bought at a fleamarket in Belgium.    Other than being dark with aged patina the condition is excellent.
