Silver Port Wine Decanting Funnel .   It has a curved stem so the the wine flows to the side of the glass bottle, which is desirable according to the wine experts.    It is silver but un-marked so I assume that it must be silver plated.   I had a fine light green tarnish that I have polish off for the most part but there is some remaining on the inside of the funnel.    Not sure what has caused this ... But it does come off with silver polish and persistence.
