This is a nice 1/4" wide full sweep tanged gouge chisel marked "S.J. ADDIS 7 ENGLAND". It measures 1/4" x 7 1/4" sharp and in very good condition with at good handle and brass ferule. The handle has a small dent in the end but still looks good. Quality tool!
