Islamic Hispano-Moresque Alhambra Form Copper Lustre Vase

Our Hispano-Moresque Alhambra-form copper-lustre winged vase crafted from pottery dates from the late nineteenth century. It measures 16 1/8 inches tall and 10 1/18 inches across. Likely by Ginori of Italy.
There are noticeable chips to the outer edges of the base of the vase, and small losses at the top rim and scattered scratches.

A nineteenth-century vase of similar form and copper-lustre glazed finish (but with different designs) from Ginori can be found in the Museo delle Porcellane di Doccia (inv.7379/251) and is illustrated in Eredità dell'Islam: Arte islamica in Italia, Venice, p.485, no.302. And another similar vase can be found in the Cluny Museum (Cl 7647).
A pair of similar vases were sold in Christie's sale in London on January 30, 2018 in lot 168 and closed at 2,250 GBP (3,185 USD).
