Small Oil Painting by Garth in Ornate Gilded Frame. It is signed by Garth. It a lovely oil on board impressionistic still life of flowers in a vase. The paper label on the back identifies it as being painted in Taiwan and sold through the Intercontinental Marketing Corp . Chicago ILL.
The painting is 4" x 5". However the frame is 10" x 9".
The condition is great. I picked it up at an estate sale.
