An interesting piece of smoking collectible. Until I acquired this one, I had never seen one. The black straps are made of vinyl with heavy stamped brass wieghts on the ends. The ashtray measures approx. 3 1/2"X3 1/2"X1/2". The straps are aprox. 8 1/4"X2 1/8"/total length is approx. 20 5/8".
