Hard cover shows one prepare southwestern meal on a dish, blank on the back. This edition includes several pictures of table settings and completed dishes and deserts. Several pictures in color and black and white also. Contents are mostly focused on recipes from the southwest U.S.A.. Illustrator is not mentioned but the details are excellent. Condition of hardcover is good, no stains or tears, some minor shelf wear here and there on the exterior, the blank inside cover pages seem to have some light stains from some photos and clippings that were once stored inside the book on those pages., very good binding. Pages are clean and crisp, no scribbles, tears, or stains. Hundreds of delicious recipes to enjoy!
