Star Pattern Applique Unfinished Quit

Hand made appliqué Star Pattern Quilt top and backing. It is ready to go with some batting and completion of stitches. It measures 68" x 78".
The condition is good but not excellent.
The It has recently been washed so it is very clean. However there is some tattering on the edges of the stars. Then one seam has a 2 " split. I am not sure if it had been used a duvet cover or if is an unfinished quilt. It has the top and the back with opening to add batting.
