Starrett Combination Square 3 Pc. Set
Offering this nice clean 3 pc. combination square with a 12" hardened steel scale marked, "THE L.S.S. CO. ATHOL MASS. USA NO. 4 HARDENED". All the pieces are in good+ condition, with no rust or damage, some light darkening of bare metal on the 12 inch blade, a few small areas of minor pitting noted. The square was used more than the center head, the center head has about 99% black paint intact, basically like new. The square head has about 70% black paint intact, has no scribe, but the level glass is in great shape, was inspected and found square. There is no rust on any of the pieces. Both heads have very good bare metal precision surfaces, both have cross-hatch pattern in the painted part of the castings. A very nice machinist tool! Made in U.S.A. by a well known quality tool maker!
