Sterling Silver model of the tall ship Amerigo Vespucci

A model of the tall ship "AMERIGO VESPUCCI" made of sterling silver mounted on a hardwood plinth with a brass plaque engraved with the ship's name.
This magnificent model is entirely handcrafted of sterling silver. It consists of many elements, each made with great attention to detail. The model features three tall masts with sails, flags, and rigging, five lifeboats, two motorboats, two anchors, and other equipment. The entire model is highlighted with gold and bolted to a wooden plinth.

The ship's sail bears silver hallmarks from the 20th century, including a 925 silver proof mark, also known as sterling silver. The typical 20th-century Italian silversmith hallmark can also be found, which is a polygon with a five-pointed star, along with the silversmith registration number "87" and the letters "FI" for city Firenze.
