Art Deco Sterling Silver Morning Glories Overlay Glass Center Piece 4- foot Elegant Glassware Bowl. It is in excellent condition. Although some of the sterling is a wee bit tarnished and that would be easy to buff up. It measures 12" across the top and and stand 4.5" tall. It has 4 graceful curved legs  with bun feet. From each of the legs extends vertical column so that the bowl starts out squared but end up fluting out to be round. I am unable to identify the maker. But amongst the swirls of vines it is marked sterling in several places .
